Villa Wave

In 1960 famous Spanish architect Erwin Broner designed the wave house. Still with the entire 60 year old finishes and furniture — it was time for a major refit. I sat down with builder and great friend Stefan Nae and we decided to completely bring the house back to bare concrete, then bring in the charm.
Huge wooden beams and reclaimed ceilings transformed the house into a home. A traditional old style kitchen was built locally, and landscaped with 200 year old olive trees. Hearing the crackling fire over the sound of the breaking waves is truly magical.
